GUARANA SIDE EFFECTS:
Nausea, stomach upset, trouble sleeping, restlessness, nervousness, tremor, increased urination, headache or lightheadedness may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor promptly. Tell your doctor immediately if you have any of these serious side effects: fast or irregular heartbeat, black stools, mental/mood changes.
