PRAMOSONE may cause temporary redness or minor irritation when first applied. If these symptoms continue or become worse inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop swelling, itching or a rash where the medication is applied. Very unlikely to occur but report promptly the following side effects: unusual weakness, weight loss, nausea/vomiting, fainting, dizziness.
