SIMETHICONE II can cause nausea, loss of appetite, constipation or diarrhea, weakness, or headache. If these symptoms persist or become severe, notify your doctor. Notify your doctor if you notice black, tarry stools while taking SIMETHICONE II. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
