ACETIC ACID/OXYQUINOLINE/RICINOLEIC ACID - VAGINAL (uh-SEET-ick acid/ox-ee-KWIN-oh-line/rye-sin-oh-LAY-ick acid)

ACI-JEL SIDE EFFECTS:
ACI-JEL is usually well tolerated. Notify your doctor if you develop: vaginal itching or burning, a vaginal yeast infection. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

HOW TO USE ACI-JEL:
ACI-JEL: ACI-JEL is for vaginal use only. Fill the applicator provided with the medication. Insert the applicator high into the vagina and press the plunger to release the medication. Clean the applicator with warm soapy water and rinse well. A detailed instruction sheet should be provided with the medication. Review the instructions and be sure to ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions. Use ACI-JEL as prescribed, usually once in the morning and in the evening.

ACI-JEL USES:
ACI-JEL is used to restore the natural pH balance of the vagina.

ACI-JEL PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions, such as: illness, any allergies. ACI-JEL should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if ACI-JEL appears in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

ACI-JEL DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. Avoid the use of any vaginal douches while taking this medication unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

ACI-JEL OVERDOSE:
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

ACI-JEL NOTES:
ACI-JEL is not a contraceptive agent.

MISSED ACI-JEL DOSE:
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

ACI-JEL STORAGE:
Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light.
