Q. How Do I Reorder My Online Prescription Medication?

A. Complete and submit a online pharmacy medical questionnaire as you did when you placed your first order. We have your previous prescription information on file, so when you enter the desired medication order process, your information will be matched up with the previous prescription(s) orders.

Q. What Are Your Shipping Rates & Policies? Overnight Shipping.

A. Upon physician’s approval, the online pharmacy prescription will be forwarded to a partner pharmacy of PharmacyHealth.net where it will be filled and shipped to you via FedEx for next day delivery. Your online pharmacy prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication.

Our online pharmacy shipping rates are: FedEx Next Day Air is $18 (U.S. orders only) & FedEx 2nd Day Delivery at $12.

An adult signature is required at time of delivery. Due to Federal Law, prescription medication cannot be left at the door. You must be present at time of delivery. You will be liable to a $10.00 surcharge; which will be billed to your credit card for any re-delivery attempts made by FedEx or undeliverable address provided by you.

Q. When Does Your Online Pharmacy Ship Orders?

A. The pharmacy will not process prescription orders on most Saturdays and does not process online pharmacy orders at all on Sundays. Online pharmacy orders from PharmacyHealth.net placed after 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time on Saturdays, will be reviewed by the physician and be sent to the pharmacy on Monday.

Q. Can I Return My Prescription Drug Medication For A Refund?

A. There are no refunds or exchanges of prescription drugs or medications pursuant to Federal Law.
