MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - ORAL

Allbee C, Bacmin, Centrum, Materna, One-A-Day, Stresstabs, Surbex-T, Theragran

HIPOTEST SIDE EFFECTS:
HIPOTEST may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste. Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

HOW TO USE HIPOTEST:
HIPOTEST: Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. However, some vitamin products may be best taken with food. Consult your pharmacist.

HIPOTEST WARNING:
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. Keep this product out of reach of children. If an accidental overdose does occur, seek immediate medical attention or call a poison control center.

HIPOTEST USES:
Vitamins are the building blocks of the body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.

HIPOTEST PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of certain blood disorders (e.g., megaloblastic anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency).

HIPOTEST DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

HIPOTEST OVERDOSE:
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools.

HIPOTEST NOTES:

MISSED HIPOTEST DOSE:
