M-M-R II VACCINE W/DILUENT SIDE EFFECTS:
M-M-R II VACCINE W/DILUENT may cause irritation, redness, swelling, warmth, itching, bruising or pain at the injection site. Other side effects include fever (up to 103 degrees F, 39.4 degrees C), muscle or joint aches, swollen glands, general body discomfort, headache, nausea or a rash between the 5th and 12th day after the vaccination. If these symptoms continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you experience any of the following after vaccination with M-M-R II VACCINE W/DILUENT: dizziness, vomiting, tingling of the hands or feet, hearing difficulties, vision problems, seizures. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
HOW TO USE M-M-R II VACCINE W/DILUENT:
M-M-R II VACCINE W/DILUENT: M-M-R II VACCINE W/DILUENT is given by a health care professional as an injection into the thigh or upper arm muscle. If you have an infection at the time a vaccination is scheduled, your doctor may choose to delay the vaccination until you are better.
M-M-R II VACCINE W/DILUENT USES:
This vaccine causes the body to produce antibodies which will protect against infection from measles, mumps and rubella viruses. This vaccine is recommended for children 15 months of age and older and adults.
M-M-R II VACCINE W/DILUENT PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor if you have: an infection, blood disorders, tumors, bone marrow disease, tuberculosis, seizures, allergies (especially to eggs or neomycin). M-M-R II VACCINE W/DILUENT should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if M-M-R II VACCINE W/DILUENT appears in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you use, especially of: corticosteroids (e.g., prednisone), cyclosporine, anti-cancer medications. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
