MM-ZYME DESCRIPTION:
DIGESTIVE AIDS - ORAL

COMMON MM-ZYME BRAND NAME(S):
Cotazym, Creon, Donnazyme, Pancreatin, Viokase

MM-ZYME SIDE EFFECTS:
Generally MM-ZYME is very well tolerated and side effects are mild if they occur. Diarrhea, cramping or stomach upset may occur when starting treatment. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor. Although very unlikely to occur, notify your doctor if you develop: skin rash, severe stomach distress. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

HOW TO USE MM-ZYME:
MM-ZYME: MM-ZYME works best if taken with or after meals. Antacids may hinder the effects of MM-ZYME. Do not take an antacid at the same time as MM-ZYME. Wait at least two hours between administration.

MM-ZYME USES:
MM-ZYME contains digestive enzymes which help digest and absorb foods. It is used to treat symptoms of pancreatitis or other various digestive disorders.

MM-ZYME PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor if your are allergic to the following: pork. MM-ZYME should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if MM-ZYME appears in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

MM-ZYME DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor of all medicines you may use including prescription and nonprescription, especially: antacids that contain calcium and/or magnesium, iron. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

MM-ZYME OVERDOSE:
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include diarrhea or upset stomach.

MM-ZYME NOTES:
Do not change brands without first checking with your doctor. Do not share MM-ZYME with others.

MISSED MM-ZYME DOSE:
Take any missed dose as soon as possible but not if it is almost time for the next dose. If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose.

MM-ZYME STORAGE:
Store at room temperature and keep away from moisture and sunlight. Do not store in the bathroom.
