NYSTATIN WITH TRIAMCINOLONE - TOPICAL (NYE-stat-in WITH try-am-SIN-oh-lone)

MYCO-TRIACET II SIDE EFFECTS:
Contact your doctor if you experience burning, blistering, peeling, dryness, or other signs of irritation that were not present before you started using the medication. Very unlikely to occur but report promptly the following side effects: unusual weakness, weight loss, nausea/vomiting, fainting, dizziness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

HOW TO USE MYCO-TRIACET II:
MYCO-TRIACET II: Clean and dry the affected area before applying the medication. To apply, gently massage a small amount of the medication into the affected area and surrounding skin. Continue to use the medication as prescribed for the full time prescribed. Stopping therapy too early may not clear the infection causing it to return. Try to avoid missing any doses, but do not apply this medicine more often than prescribed. Avoid using MYCO-TRIACET II around the eyes, nose or mouth. Do not bandage, wrap or cover the area treated unless you are instructed to do so by your doctor. It may take one week before any improvement is seen. If not, contact your doctor.

MYCO-TRIACET II USES:
MYCO-TRIACET II is used to treat fungal skin infections while relieving itching and inflammation.

MYCO-TRIACET II PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: other infections, all allergies. Though very unlikely, it is possible MYCO-TRIACET II will be absorbed into your bloodstream. This may have undesirable consequences that may require additional corticosteroid treatment. This is especially true for children and for those who have used this for an extended period if they also have serious medical problems such as serious infections, injuries or surgeries. This precaution applies for up to one year after stopping use of this drug. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details. MYCO-TRIACET II should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if MYCO-TRIACET II is found in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

MYCO-TRIACET II DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Inform your doctor about all the medicines (prescription and nonprescription) you use, especially of: other skin products. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

MYCO-TRIACET II OVERDOSE:
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

MYCO-TRIACET II NOTES:
MYCO-TRIACET II is prescribed for your current condition only. Do not use it for another infection or share it with someone else. Another infection later on may require a different medication. Inform all your doctors you use (or have used) MYCO-TRIACET II.

MISSED MYCO-TRIACET II DOSE:
If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

MYCO-TRIACET II STORAGE:
Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture. Do not freeze.
