NA-ZONE DESCRIPTION:
SODIUM CHLORIDE - NASAL SPRAY (SO-dee-um KLOR-ide)
COMMON NA-ZONE BRAND NAME(S):
Ocean, Sea Mist
NA-ZONE SIDE EFFECTS:
Stinging, sneezing, increased nasal discharge, or salty taste may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: frequent nosebleeds. If you notice any other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
HOW TO USE NA-ZONE:
NA-ZONE: Spray NA-ZONE into the nose (each nostril) as needed; or use as directed by your doctor. To use the nasal spray, place the tip of the container just inside the nostril. Be careful not to touch the container to the inside of the nose. After spraying NA-ZONE, breathe deeply through the nose several times to be sure the medication reaches deep into the nose.
NA-ZONE USES:
NA-ZONE is used to treat dry nasal passages (nostrils).
NA-ZONE PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: allergies (especially drug allergies). Tell your doctor if you are pregnant before using this medication. It is not known whether NA-ZONE passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
NA-ZONE DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription medication you may use, especially of: other nose sprays, decongestants (e.g., pseudoephedrine). Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
NA-ZONE NOTES:
Do not share NA-ZONE with others. Doing so may increase the risk of infection.
MISSED NA-ZONE DOSE:
Not applicable.
NA-ZONE STORAGE:
Store at room temperature between 36 and 86 degrees F (2 to 30 degrees C) away from light and moisture.
