HOW TO USE NATURAL B-100 COMPLEX:
NATURAL B-100 COMPLEX: Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. Consult your pharmacist. Chewable tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water. Timed-release capsules or tablets must be swallowed whole.
