REPRONEX DESCRIPTION:
MENOTROPINS - INJECTION (men-oh-TROW-pins)

REPRONEX SIDE EFFECTS:
In women, REPRONEX may cause fever, breathing trouble, bloating, stomach pain, enlarged ovaries or a skin rash. Men may experience breast enlargement. Report any side effects to your doctor. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

HOW TO USE REPRONEX:
REPRONEX: REPRONEX is given by injection into a muscle by a health care professional. In women it is usually given for 9 to 12 days. In men, this medication may be given 3 times a week for 4 to 6 months as needed. Follow the dosing schedule closely and keep all doctor's appointments so therapy can be monitored closely. During therapy, your doctor may want to see you every other day.

REPRONEX USES:
REPRONEX is a type of hormone used to cause ovulation in women and stimulate sperm production in men. It is used in the treatment of infertility.

REPRONEX PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor if you have any pre-existing thyroid disease or any allergies. Use of REPRONEX may result in multiple births (e.g., twins, triplets). REPRONEX must not be used during pregnancy. If you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant, inform your doctor immediately. It is not known if REPRONEX is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

REPRONEX DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

REPRONEX OVERDOSE:
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

REPRONEX NOTES:
It is important to understand the therapy and to follow your doctor's instructions. It is recommended to have intercourse daily beginning on the last day of therapy until ovulation occurs. Be sure to ask your doctor any questions you may have.

MISSED REPRONEX DOSE:
It is important to take each dose at the scheduled time. If you miss a dose, contact your doctor who will help establish a new dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

REPRONEX STORAGE:
Store REPRONEX in the refrigerator as directed. Properly discard of any unused medication after the expiration date.
