REV-EYES DESCRIPTION:
DAPIPRAZOLE - OPHTHALMIC (da-PIP-ruh-zole, off-THAL-mick)

REV-EYES SIDE EFFECTS:
REV-EYES may temporarily sting or burn your eyes when first applied. Redness or tearing may also occur. If these symptoms continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Vision may be temporarily unstable for a period after applying this, especially night vision. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your doctor immediately if you develop: a skin rash, itching, pain/swelling in or around the eyes, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

HOW TO USE REV-EYES:
REV-EYES: Shake the container well for several minutes before using. Apply eye drops to the affected eye(s) as follows: Wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye. Tilt your head back, gaze upward and pull down the lower eyelid to make a pouch. 1lace the proper number of drops into the pouch. Close the eye for a minute and try not to blink. Do not rub the eye. Cover the container tightly.

REV-EYES USES:
REV-EYES causes the pupil of the eye to shrink. It is used to reverse the effects of drugs used to enlarge the pupil.

REV-EYES PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor if you have: other eye problems, allergies. REV-EYES should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.

REV-EYES DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take especially of: other eye medication. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

REV-EYES OVERDOSE:
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

REV-EYES NOTES:
REV-EYES should not be used more than once a week.

MISSED REV-EYES DOSE:
If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

REV-EYES STORAGE:
Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat. Check the expiration date on the container and properly discard of any unused medication after the date. Discard this if the solution is not clear or colorless.
