SOLAQUIN DESCRIPTION:
HYDROQUINONE/PABA/SUNSCREEN - TOPICAL

Nuquin HP, Solaquin

SOLAQUIN SIDE EFFECTS:
Notify your doctor if you develop any of the following symptoms: dry skin, burning, redness. In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek medical attention immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

HOW TO USE SOLAQUIN:
SOLAQUIN: SOLAQUIN is for use on the skin only. Use twice daily or as directed. Apply carefully if using on face. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. To use, apply a small amount of medication on the skin to be treated. A thin layer is all that is needed. Rub in gently. Do not use on irritated or broken skin. Avoid sun exposure and wear a sunscreen and protective clothing while outdoors. If no effect is noticed after two months of treatments, notify your doctor.

SOLAQUIN USES:
SOLAQUIN is used to temporarily fade dark skin spots such as freckles or "age spots".

SOLAQUIN PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions, such as: illness, infections, any allergies (especially to sulfites or PABA sunscreens). SOLAQUIN should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if SOLAQUIN is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

SOLAQUIN DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may use including any skin products. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

SOLAQUIN OVERDOSE:
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

SOLAQUIN NOTES:
Do not share SOLAQUIN with others.

MISSED SOLAQUIN DOSE:
If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

SOLAQUIN STORAGE:
Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light.
