STAY AWAKE ALERTNESS AID SIDE EFFECTS:
Nausea, stomach upset, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor, headache, lightheadedness may occur. Large amounts of caffeine may aggravate ulcers, cause frequent urination, flushing, muscle twitch or irritability. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you experience: dizziness, depression, rapid breathing, chest pain, confusion, fatigue. Abrupt stopping of caffeine intake after several weeks of regular daily use may cause withdrawal symptoms such as headache, anxiety or muscle tension within 12 to 18 hours. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Caffeine is a stimulant that is used to help keep you awake and alert. It is also used for certain types of headaches.

Tell your doctor if you have: heart disease, diabetes, anxiety disorders, depression, ulcers, allergies. STAY AWAKE ALERTNESS AID is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, including: cimetidine, disulfiram, ciprofloxacin, enoxacin, birth control pills, diet pills, decongestants, if you smoke. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include stomach pain, anxiety, agitation, confusion, irregular or fast heartbeat, frequent urination, muscle twitching, ringing in the ears, trouble sleeping, and seizures.
