TOPIC FORM HC SIDE EFFECTS:
TOPIC FORM HC may cause burning, redness or a rash. Notify your doctor if you develop any of these symptoms. Very unlikely to occur but report promptly the following side effects: unusual weakness, weight loss, nausea/vomiting, fainting, dizziness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

HOW TO USE TOPIC FORM HC:
TOPIC FORM HC: TOPIC FORM HC is for topical use only. Clean and dry the affected area as directed. Then apply a small amount of the medication on the skin. A thin layer is all that is needed. Wash hands after use. Do not bandage, wrap or cover the area treated unless you are instructed to do so by your doctor. Do not use large amounts, apply this more often or use this for a longer period than directed. Your condition will not clear faster, but the chance for side effects may be increased. Use carefully if applying to the face. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose and mouth.

TOPIC FORM HC USES:
TOPIC FORM HC is a combination steroid and anti-infective used topically to treat certain skin disorders and relieve associated itching and swelling.

TOPIC FORM HC PRECAUTIONS:
Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: infection to the area being treated, any allergies you have. Though very unlikely, it is possible TOPIC FORM HC will be absorbed into your bloodstream. This may have undesirable consequences that may require additional corticosteroid treatment. This is especially true for children and for those who have used this for an extended period if they also have serious medical problems such as serious infections, injuries or surgeries. This precaution applies for up to one year after stopping use of this drug. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details. TOPIC FORM HC may stain clothes, skin, nails or hair. TOPIC FORM HC should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if TOPIC FORM HC is found in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

TOPIC FORM HC DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may use, including: other skin products. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

TOPIC FORM HC OVERDOSE:
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

TOPIC FORM HC NOTES:
If the condition for which this was prescribed does not improve or becomes worse after a few days, notify your doctor. Inform all your doctors you use (or have used) TOPIC FORM HC. Do not share TOPIC FORM HC with others.

MISSED TOPIC FORM HC DOSE:
If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not apply it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

TOPIC FORM HC STORAGE:
Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat. Check the expiration date on the tube and discard any expired medication.
