TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE SIDE EFFECTS:
Most people can take TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE with minimal or no side effects. Stomach upset may occur. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

HOW TO USE TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE:
TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE: Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. Consult your pharmacist. Chewable tablets are to be chewed thoroughly before swallowing.

TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE USES:
Vitamins are the building blocks of the body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy. Fluoride is used to prevent dental cavities.

TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE PRECAUTIONS:
Be sure your doctor is informed of your medical history, especially of: drug allergies. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant before using this medication. The fluoride in this product is known to be excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE OVERDOSE:
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, blood in vomit, tiredness, increased salivation, tingling, and seizures.

TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE NOTES:
It is important to keep this and all medications out of the reach of children. Accidental ingestion of large amounts of fluoride can cause severe stomach upset. Vitamins are contained in the foods we eat. It is important to maintain a well balanced diet. Check the fluoride content of your water supply by asking local town or city officials. Fluoride supplements are not necessary if water contains greater than 0.7 ppm. If your water supply changes, check with your doctor or dentist to determine if extra fluoride is still necessary.

MISSED TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE DOSE:
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the doses.

TRI-VIT/FLUORIDE STORAGE:
Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat and sunlight. Store the liquid form in the original plastic container. Do not store in the bathroom.
